ACT - Updating employees' skills to anticipate changes on the labor market (SMIS CODE 309057)
About the project
Founding: European Social Fund through the Education and Employment Program (PEO) 2021 - 2027, Priority Axis P9 Consolidation of population participation in the learning process throughout life to facilitate transitions and mobility.
Implementation period: September 2024 - August 2027
The general objective of the project aims to increase the degree of participation and facilitate access to professional training programs for the updating and development of the skills necessary to anticipate changes on the labor market for 610 employees from the Central Region, including people who occupy management positions.
Types of eligible beneficiaries:
Be domiciled in the Central Region
To be employed with an individual employment contract (full-time or part-time), including persons occupying management positions, coming from public or private enterprises
To be 18 years old on the date of entry into operation
To be under 65 years of age at the time of entry into operation
To do not have the capacity of administrators/legal representatives of private or public enterprises
The people enrolled in the project will benefit from:
1. Professional counseling to encourage participation in FPC programs, career development and the acquisition of relevant skills for the labor market, which will include 5 main types of intervention:
Counseling to encourage participation in VET programs - information about the main structural changes that have occurred or are forecast to occur on the labor market in the Central Region, about the most required skills, competencies and knowledge for employees;
Career education - the current conditions on the labor market, the knowledge, qualifications and skills needed to obtain/keep a job;
Career counseling - clarifying professional aspirations and priorities, establishing knowledge and skills that must be updated, career management tools;
Counseling for the choice of a professional training program - the offer of courses that meet the identified needs;
Counseling for adapting to digital workplaces - counseling services to facilitate the integration of employees in a digital work environment and to develop the necessary skills to adapt to technological changes;
2. Professional training programs:
Authorized qualification courses cf. GEO no. 129/31.08.2000: "Operator Operator of numerically controlled machine tools" (720 hours);
Informal courses: - "Leadership and increasing organizational resilience" (60 hours), "Using the Excel program - advanced level" (60 hours), "Electronic document management" (60 hours), "Using online applications" (60 of hours), "Technical drawing" (60 hours), "CNC Setter/Reglor" (80 hours), "Digital Marketing" (60 hours);
3. Innovative actions to increase employee participation in FPC and offer individualized educational support:
Measures to increase employee participation in FPC programs for the development of skills specific to green jobs and the green economy;
Measures to increase employee participation in FPC programs by promoting non-discrimination and preventing any form of discrimination;
Pilot coaching program for updating specific skills at the workplace through self-directed learning;
* The following categories of people cannot be part of the target group:
Administrators/legal representatives of private or public enterprises, even if they occupy management positions
Employees from central or local public institutions/authorities and from public legal entities in the health system and the education system
Employed persons without/with a low level of training (ISCED 0-2)
Employees of the Applicant or the partners in the project
