FPIMM Brasov will run a new project for the development of human resources: COMPETENCES !

The employees from Central Region, including those who are on management positions, have at their disposal services for updating their professional skills, within the project "SKILL - Key to the sustainable progress of employees", financed by the Education and Employment Program (SMIS code 312752). Professional counseling services are provided to encourage participation in FPC programs, career development and the acquisition of relevant skills for the labor market, professional training programs and innovative actions will be organized to increase employee participation in FPC and provide individualized educational support.

FPIMM will organize the training program "Leadership and increasing organizational resilience" for employees who occupy management positions.
