We are launching the ACT project !

Starting from September 2024, FPIMM Brasov invites employees from the Central Region, who hold management positions, to participate in a free training program for the development of "Leadership and increasing organizational resilience" skills, within the project "ACT - Updating the skills of employees for anticipating changes in the labor market" (financed by PEO, SMIS code 309057).

The training program includes workshops for the development of non-discrimination skills, seminars for the development of skills related to green jobs and the green economy, and a coaching program for updating knowledge through self-directed learning.

FPIMM Brașov will organize the face-to-face training program in the municipality of Brașov, in groups of a maximum of 20 students, in 3-4 hour sessions, held after 4:00 p.m. At the end, the participants will receive certificates of participation with recognition at the economic operator level.
